Chef Rahul Wali is presently the Chef at KongPoush Kashmiri Cuisine and a Consultant Chef.
After bachelors in Hotel management from Pune gained extensive experience with well known brand names like Oberoi Towers , The Oberois and Leela Kempenski in Mumbai Blue Diamond in Pune, Ramada Continental in Dubai, Spice Restaurant in Australia, Radisson (superstar) in Delhi-NCR and few more. Taking the passion for food few notches up went to pursues advanced Graduate Degree in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide Australia that gave a new outlook towards food.
Chef Rahul is Lifetime member of many Indian Regional and International Chefs Associations.

His Latest achivement…Have won Silver and Bronze for INDIA in an International Culinary Competition… Delicious Uzbekistan…in Thaskent.. under World Association of Chefs Society in 2019.
Being in the hospitality Industry for more than 22 years, presently doing Special BBQ events, regional Kashmiri Food Catering and Festivals, also works as a consultant chef on different projects pan India. Chef Rahul has also been branding on different platforms of social media for brands like AMUL, CORNITOS and Big Bazaar.
