Neeren, has an experience of more than 20 years in the Indian F&B industry with brands like Razzberry, Flyp@MTV, Blue Frong, Hard Rock Cafe, Hyatt Hotels. Upon his graduation from IHM, he brings a new wave of on-site execution expertise in F&B industry. With an aim to be a successful entrepreneur and a reputed veteran of this industry, he strives hard to streamline the processes of F&B industry.


Nitin Tewari

Nitin is a young igniting mind with creative ideas. He believes that continuous efforts are needed to add live in style and taste of the food and beverage industry. For him cocktail is not merely a mix of spirit and flavors, it is an epitome of art -taste, skill, presentation and a story to bring it to life. He has been associated with brands like Grey Goose as global brand ambassador, Dewar's and Budweiser.

Brajesh Ghansiyal

Brajesh started his career with Hyatt regency New Delhi as a chef, trained in Indian And Nouvell Cuisine with an experience of two decades, he has worked in 5* hotels and restaurant chains in India and Canada. Chef Brajesh in 2004 as a C.D.C. laid roots of Mango Shiva Bistro In Calgary, Canada.


Mangat Singh Aswal

Mangat Singh Aswal has an impressive portfolio in Construction and Interior Industry. He completed his BTech in civil from Jamia in 1995. He has 23 years of experience with Big Construction Groups and Corporate Houses at the different level of Management like McDonald’s, Hard rock cafe and more. With in-depth knowledge.

Sudev Menon

Sudev has put all his efforts and experience to write an incredible journey of this F&B consultancy. He is the forerunner of all operational assessment and management roles.
