Neeren, has an experience of more than 20 years in the Indian F&B industry with brands like Razzberry, Flyp@MTV, Blue Frog, Hard Rock Cafe, Hyatt Hotels. Upon his graduation from IHM, he brings a new wave of on-site execution expertise in F&B industry. With an aim to be a successful entrepreneur and a reputed veteran of this industry, he strives hard to streamline the processes of F&B industry.

Perminder Pal Singh

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in QSR, Theme parks F&B Retail and Telecom Operations. Perminder loves doing start ups and has successfully started brands like Pizza Hut, Hutch Shops (Now Vodafone Stores), Costa Coffee and Adlabs Imagica. He has a noteworthy track record of achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives in highly competitive and rapidly changing economic environment and has demonstrated success in handling P & L responsibility and facilitating business growth in a start up as well as an established business scenario. Actively involved in Strategy, Business Planning, Budgeting, Capital Management, Marketing, Product Development, and People Management across the career span with a high level of project management skills in Hotel, QSR, F&B retail operations he has demonstrated through an in-depth understanding of site identification, project feasibility analysis and site activation for opening of new stores. He is a flexible problem solver with an ability to adopt an innovative approach to business situations. Perminder has multi faceted personality with interests ranging from financial analysis and team sports to training.

Brajesh started his career with Hyatt regency New Delhi as a chef, trained in Indian And Nouvell Cuisine with an experience of two decades, he has worked in 5* hotels and restaurant chains in India and Canada. Chef Brajesh in 2004 as a C.D.C. laid roots of Mango Shiva Bistro In Calgary, Canada.

An Ex-Head of department ( F&B ), IHM Pusa New Delhi (a premier institute of Hospitality in Nation) possesses an experience of about 40 years which includes both Hotel Industry and Academics. As a hospitality faculty she has worked in Food and Beverage service department and owns a varied experience in the field of training, development, workshops and seminars at national and international level like CLF (certified learning Facilitator- A pedagogy teaching format designed by EHL- école d’hôtelerie, Switzerland). She has been an active consultant for Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament house, IRCTC, GOA Sadan. She has authored a Food and beverage service book. She has won Hall of Fame and Best Teacher award for three consecutive year conferred by Ministry of Tourism Government of India and faculty of the year by PIHMAA.

Rajeev Khurana

Rajeev Khurana is a multi skilled dynamic individual who is a hotelier by heart, designer by soul and a procurement professional by habit. Has been actively involved in hotels and restaurant pre openings , concept developments in the Gulf mainly Dubai, Bahrain and Oman.Africa before moving to India. Having completed almost 65 hotel pre-opening he adds a wealth of experience under his belt.
